trippenat20 asked: hi :) what exactly does fine art mean ?

For me, at least in terms of fine art photography, it’s a creative process that transcends mere documentation.  Anyone on the street can take a photograph of something in front of them whether it’s a person, object, landscape, etc..  But an artist can take that same circumstance, and through creative means (composition, type of camera, image processing method, etc.), give us a glimpse of their own unique way of seeing and interpreting the world.  This is what separates fine art photography from consumer and commercial photography.
